Editing Process of "A Day in my Life" Animation Short Film

STEP 1: Animate using Adobe Premiere Pro



STEP 2: Import 3D Character


STEP 3: Import 2D Backgrounds
- Draw and color the backgrounds






STEP 4: Import 2d/3D Assets



STEP 5: Insert Keyframes



STEP 6: Use/Add Layers to create moving character and objects



STEP 7: Create Body Rigs (Rigging)
- Use Asset Warp Tool

- Insert "dots" to the desired boy parts that needs to be moved

- After you have done inserting the body rigs, you can finally try to move the body part by still using the Asset Warp Tool.




STEP 8: Use Onion Skinning to see the frame before

As you can see from the image below, the green silhouette of the character is Onion Skinning.



STEP 9: Export
- Go to File
- Then Export
- Choose Video/Media

- Make sure to export "All frames"
- Format: QuickTime
- Preset: Default (Animate)
- Choose file location (where you animation will be outputted) 
- press Export
- Finish
